Universal has officially announced that Epic Universe, its highly anticipated fourth theme park in Orlando, Florida, will open its doors on May 22, 2025. Dubbed the company’s most ambitious project yet, the park spans a 750-acre lot and will feature five immersive worlds dedicated to Universal movie franchises, including Nintendo, Harry Potter, How to Train Your Dragon, and Dark Universe, which will showcase classic monster films like Frankenstein, Dracula, and Wolf Man.
Alongside Epic Universe, the new Universal Helios Grand Hotel will open, offering guests a dedicated entrance to the park for a more exclusive experience.
While the park’s opening is still months away, Universal is offering early ticket packages for three- to five-day visits. However, only one of these days grants access to Epic Universe, while the other days include visits to Universal’s other parks. A limited number of ticket packages will go on sale starting Tuesday, October 22, with Annual Passholders getting exclusive access to purchase single-day tickets to Epic Universe beginning Thursday, October 24.
